Our story began...
The Traveling Goat travels the country bringing area specific goat milk products to your home, family & pets. Our story began on a small farm in Spotsylvania County , Virginia with our little goat Faith and her best friend Hannah. The Traveling Goat Soaps are handcrafted using responsibly sourced, high quality ingredients and are safe for our rivers and streams.
- The Traveling Goat Soaps are handcrafted using farm fresh goat milk which has alpha hydroxy acids such as lactic acid that helps break down the goo that holds dead skin cells together.
- Farm Fresh Goat Milk is packed full of vitamins. Particularly high in Vitamin A which is necessary to repair damaged skin tissue.
- Farm Fresh Goat Milk contains fat molecules that helps keep your skin naturally moist
- Raw Goat Milk has minerals such as selenium which helps protect your skin from UV rays.
- Goat milk comes from either our goats or local farms.
- We have happy, well loved goats. Scroll down to see pictures.
- We use all natural or organic oils and shea butter that is responsibly sourced. Either natural fragrances or essential oils.
- Our unique recipe can be used as a lotion or soap. If used with water it lathers. If you have little water you can either leave it on to moisturize your skin or rinse it with a water bottle or wet towel. No worry about rinsing it all off...what is left behind will nourish your skin.
According to our reviews most customers do not need to apply lotions or moisturizers. Our soaps have natural moisturizing properties. It works like magic to relieve itching, Sunburn sting, bug bites, poison ivy and dry skin. It even helps relieve oven burns!

Laurel Woods Farm, LLC soap & lotion recipe is safe for the environment, our rivers and streams.
No alcohol, Sodium Lauryl or Sodium Lauryth Sulfates and Phalate Free
We never use chemicals or unnecessary additives. If any preservative is
used it is all natural.

Laurel Woods Farms raises happy healthy Lamancha and Nigerian Dwarf Goats in Virginia and Alpine Goats in Az. I am looking forward to adding a couple mini Nubians in the future.
All LWF animals eat either organic or all natural feeds and there are no chemicals used on our pasture or lawn.

The beautiful 150 year old church that Laurel Woods Farm, LLC had been using for the first three years for soap production was needed by the church for other activities.Laurel Woods Farm,LLC is currently traveling between Tucson, Arizona and Spotsylvania, Virginia.
